Zite pricing in 2026: every plan, with a dated price history from 27 October 2026

The short answer
Zite has a free plan with unlimited apps and users, 5,000 records and 1,000 workflow runs a month. Pro costs $25 a month, or $20 a month billed yearly ($240), and Business costs $89 a month, or $75 billed yearly ($900). What limits you is the AI credit allowance used to build and change apps: 100 a month on Pro and 400 on Business. Unused credits do not roll over.

What the pricing page does not tell you
Credit allowances, the uneven annual discount and the separate billing from Fillout matter more than the headline price.
- Credits are the real limit. Zite’s FAQ says one message is not one credit, the cost depends on the model and the work done, credits renew monthly and unused credits do not roll over.
- Annual billing saves exactly 20 percent on Pro ($60 a year) but 15.7 percent on Business ($168 a year).
- Zite and Fillout are billed separately, even though Fillout’s pricing page calls Zite the platform behind Fillout. The Team bundle at $250 a month billed yearly covers both.
- Apps can be locked to signed-in users, but Zite’s FAQ says access is set for the whole app, not per page, and email-and-password sign-in is not supported.
